Toward the end of the month two Brothers came to my home to interview me and my wife.

I was surprised at the strong connection I felt right away with both men. I had met both before at my first visit and felt comfortable. But now even as I was being interviewed, I found myself thinking that this time my experience with potential male friends might be different from the past. Friendship and relationship without the complications of potential romance, (as happens so often with women, even when there is no romantic interest).

Often it took some time to gain this kind of trust in another man. Not so with the Brothers who came to our home and talked about Freemasonry, themselves and asked questions of us.
